Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Ninjas are highly trained individuals who execute instruction with technological savviness and pedagogical precision. Building an army of instructional ninjas requires changes in the delivery of professional development. End passive training for teachers. Implement this flipped model that differentiates while promoting mastery and accountability. Participants will learn how to use Google Apps to build a structure for innovative, flipped professional development that includes the tools necessary for delivering a self-paced model customized for individual school sites, with the support of on-site facilitators, as well as best practice options for fostering accountability while fostering mastery and not compliance.

I love educational technology, exploring and building apps, designing websites, and collaborating with teachers. I have 14 years classroom experience, with 6 of that teaching 1:1. I served as teacher librarian at the middle and high school levels for 9 years before transitioning into my current role as district technology integration specialist for the Merced Union High School District.
